At present, QALCIM ship to Europe and the United Kingdom.
Do you deliver to P.O. delivery addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. addresses.

How many items can I buy in one purchase?
Depending on availability, orders are limited to 10 units of each product per order.
How long after I place an order will I receive my package?
QALCIM does not hold large stock quantities. If your item is in stock and you are a UK customer you will receive your order in 3-6 working days. If you live within Europe and your item is in stock you will receive your order with 10-15 days. Due to COVID-19 processing times may be delayed. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
