WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND OPTIONS?
We offer a number of delivery options. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected.
Qalcim currently use DHL services to ship to the UK and *worldwide, with standard and express shipping options available in most locations. Costs vary by shipping destination.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Our UK delivery service includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, including the Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
We delivery separately to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man - please select Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man under 'Country/Region' when filling in your shipping address.
EVERY ORDER IS TRACKED
For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking. You can easily track your order on the DHL website with the tracking code we automatically send to you on your shipping confirmation.
CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY OPTION
When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.
Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to some countries and this will be indicated at the checkout.
All available items are in stock for dispatch on the same working day if ordered before 1.30pm (UK time) for delivery within the UK and 12pm (UK time) for International orders. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day and Black Friday weekend) the despatch process may take longer than expected. The tracking link in your confirmation email allows you to monitor the status of your order from dispatch to delivery.
WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are out when the parcel arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available).
Most couriers have a delivery window of 8AM to 8PM and will provide a delivery time estimate but please refer to your tracking for more information.
WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Qalcim, we're not 100% happy unless you are, which is why we offer a simple returns policy. Learn more about our returns policy on our Returns & Refunds page.
NEXT DAY AND EXPRESS DELIVERY
Generally, for orders delivered to locations where we offer Next Day/Express delivery, order before 1.30pm (12pm for International Orders) from Monday - Thursday for your order to arrive the next day. We do not currently offer weekend delivery on Saturday or Sunday or on UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on Friday after 1.30pm (12pm for International Orders) or over the weekend with Next Day/Express delivery will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
Please note delivery estimates are subject to your location and couriers might extend the delivery window if your location is classified as "remote". Please contact our customer care team for more information on this
(*) If you order products from our site for international delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note, QALCIM is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
Packages undeliverable by DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
